Call-Off Officer / Production Material Planner
- Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors the flow of materials from Supplier to the Factory.
- Raise the Purchase Orders and share with Suppliers according to production plans.
- Provides timely materials planning and scheduling of delivery of purchase orders to the Factory to achieve production plans. Accountabilities:
- Review open Sales/Supply orders to determine customer requirements.
- Coordinate delivery of Raw/Packaging materials to expedite flow of material to meet production schedule.
- Responsible for purchasing Call-off and expedite suppliers purchase orders.
- Utilize ERP system (SAP) to auto‐generate Purchase orders.
- Release purchase orders to suppliers for material delivery to the factory.
- Coordinate between warehouse and purchasing on material shortages.
- Notify Supply Planner/Sales of any schedule impacts to customers.
- Follow-up on suppliers’ delivery of materials according to plan to avoid materials out of Stock (OOS) ∙
- Completes Production status Reports,



such as production progress, customer information and materials inventory coverage
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Performs other duties as required
- Ensure Supplier Claims are received in conjunction with the warehouse team on deficient materials

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.

Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years' relevant experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Call-Off Planning, or Logistics within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Proven experience in material requirement planning (MRP), inventory control, and production scheduling.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP
