Role Description
This part-time, on-site Coach role at 源壹资本 Genesis Partners is based in Aljaraque and focuses on supporting individuals and teams in achieving professional and personal development goals. The Coach will conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions, help clients define objectives, and create actionable development plans. Responsibilities include observing performance, providing structured feedback, facilitating skill-building workshops, and tracking progress against agreed milestones. The Coach will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align coaching initiatives with organizational priorities, maintain accurate documentation of sessions, and ensure confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld. The role also involves preparing coaching materials, scheduling sessions, and continuously refining coaching techniques based on outcomes and participant feedback.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated coaching skills in one-on-one and group settings, with the ability to set goals, create development plans, and support measurable growth.




- Strong communication and active listening abilities, including clear feedback delivery, empathy, and the capacity to build trust with diverse participants.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients, maintain records, and coordinate on-site sessions efficiently.
- Experience facilitating workshops or training sessions, ideally in professional development, leadership, or performance improvement contexts.
- Understanding of coaching ethics, confidentiality practices, and professional conduct standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt coaching approaches to different roles and backgrounds.
- Relevant coaching certification or formal training in coaching, counseling, psychology, education, or a related field is highly beneficial.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus for working in Aljaraque.
