We are looking for a ME Lead Process Engineer for Launchers interested to work in the space industry. The ME Lead Engineer position presents an exciting opportunity to take on a technical role, lead the generation of a robust end-to-end MAIT (Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration and Testing) process, time and cost optimized for implementation into production.
The M E Lead role is an essential role that deals with technical challenges, project change of priorities, resolving blocking actions to ensure achievement of requirements, schedule adherence, yet, maintaining quality and costs.

Genera l Responsibilities
- The ME Lead works on cross multi-functional teams to provide a consolidated Industrial Product definition: product (part detail definition), processes (manufacturing and assembly) and Industrial Means detail definition.
- Ensures a correct & consistent process definition for the shopfloor,
time and cost optimized that meets the requirements of the project, and adheres to business standards, practices and procedures.
- Mechanical skills required: technical background on Tolerance analysis and dimensioning on parts and assemblies.
During the Project Design Phase:
- Attends and/or support all project meetings / reviews
- Attends and/or support the PFMA, DMU review, Project Concurrent MFTs with Design Engineering, Industrial Means, Quality and Production.
- Attends inputs preparation meeting to define and ensure KIDs for product / project are fit for Manufacture (DFM)
- Define/Support the Build Process, re-enforce and ensure a correct & consolidated process definition:
