Reporting to the Regional AI Manager and working closely with Group AI teams and local business and IT stakeholders in
Italy, Spain and Portugal
, you will contribute to the
design, development and rollout of AI-driven solutions
.

Key Responsabilities

*AI Solution Development & Support*
- Contribute to the
development and configuration of AI solutions
, including chatbots, copilots, automation workflows and data-driven use cases.
- Support
prototyping and testing activities
, helping transform business ideas into working proofs of concept.
- Assist in the
industrialization and deployment
of AI solutions on the Group AI Platform.

*Collaboration with Business & IT*
- Work with regional business teams to
understand processes and operational needs
.




- Support Group AI roles in
requirements analysis, documentation and solution design
.
- Collaborate with IT, Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure solutions are
secure, compliant and production-ready
.

*AI Operations & Continuous Improvement*
- Monitor solution performance and KPIs, contributing to
continuous improvement and optimization
.
- Support troubleshooting and minor enhancements after go-live.
- Contribute to
knowledge sharing
, documentation and best practices across the Mediterranean Region.

*Learning & Innovation*
- Stay up to date on
GenAI, LLMs and automation technologies
.
- Participate in internal AI communities, pilots and experimentation initiatives.
- Gradually grow autonomy and responsibility on assigned use cases.
