ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a junior profile with strong customer orientation and a willingness to grow in a B2B tech environment. You'll join the Platform team and provide direct support in the day-to-day relationship with distributors and vendors on everything related to the use and integration of ARYA Platform.
Your main mission will be to ensure customers successfully adopt the platform: guiding them through the integration process, resolving their queries, and helping them get the most out of the available features.
You'll work closely with the technical team, escalating cases when needed.
Prior experience in the sector is not required — we'll train you on the platform and internal processes from day one. We do expect strong communication skills, good organizational habits, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support distributors and vendors through the platform onboarding and integration process.
- Follow up on customer progress to ensure a successful platform adoption.
- Prepare and send welcome materials and usage guides to new customers.
- Resolve queries and issues related to platform usage.
- Document recurring support cases internally to streamline future resolution.
- Assist customers with content uploads and catalog management within the platform.
- Export and distribute reports generated through the Power BI integration.
- Write and maintain help articles, FAQs, and usage guid
