Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Cafe Worker role based in Mijas. The Cafe Worker will prepare and serve food and beverages, maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe area, and ensure a welcoming environment for guests and athletes. Daily tasks include taking customer orders, operating point-of-sale systems,



handling payments, restocking supplies, and following food safety and hygiene standards. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues, supporting events and busy periods, and providing courteous, efficient service that reflects PG Golf & Sports Academy’s commitment to quality and hospitality.

Qualifications
- Strong food preparation and basic kitchen skills, with the ability to follow recipes and presentation standards.
- Experience in food service and food & beverage operations, including handling orders and serving guests.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and compliant environment.
- Proven customer service skills, including clear communication, a friendly attitude, and effective problem-solving.
- Ability to work on-site in Mijas, stand for extended periods, and manage busy shifts in a fast-paced setting.
