Accountabilities:
- This role provides high-impact executive support to senior Enterprise AI leaders, combining calendar intelligence, stakeholder management and operational discipline. It owns complex, multi-time-zone scheduling, using AI tools to anticipate conflicts, prepare leaders for critical engagements and keep priorities on track. It manages international travel logistics, expenses and approvals through streamlined, automated workflows.




- A key focus is AI-powered productivity. The Business Coordinator acts as an early adopter and champion of Microsoft 365 Copilot and similar tools—drafting communications, summarising email and Teams threads, and spotting opportunities to automate repetitive tasks with Power Automate and SharePoint. It maintains well-structured digital workspaces across SharePoint, OneNote and Teams so that information is easy to find and act on.
- The role also anchors site logistics in Barcelona, coordinating AI showcases, internal hackathons, leadership off-sites and external partnership meetings from end to end. It partners closely with facilities and local teams to ensure visitors are supported and events run smoothly.
- Communication and stakeholder management are central. Acting as a trusted liaison between Enterprise AI leaders and internal or external stakeholders, the Business Coordinator coordinates
