We are supporting a Spanish based client who is undertaking a significant transformation of their enterprise systems, migrating from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Lead/Manager to drive this transition, ensuring a smooth, well-governed migration that minimises business disruption and delivers a platform fit for future growth.

This is a high-visibility role reporting to senior leadership, adecuado for someone who has led at least one full-cycle Business Central implementation and who understands the specific challenges of moving off a legacy SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the SAP to Business Central migration, from discovery and requirements gathering through to go-live and hypercare
- Define project scope, milestones, resourcing plans, and budget, and manage delivery against them
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, the implementation partner/systems integrator, and internal IT
- Oversee data migration planning (master data, transactional history, open items)



from SAP to Business Central
- Manage integration requirements between Business Central and existing systems (CRM, warehouse, reporting tools, etc.)
- Coordinate business process mapping and gap analysis, identifying where processes need to adapt to Business Central's native functionality versus where customisation is required
- Lead change management efforts, including training plans, communication, and user adoption support
- Manage risk, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle, escalating appropriately
- Ensure testing (UAT, SIT, regression) is rigorously planned and executed prior to go-live
- Provide regular reporting to leadership on project status, risks, and budget
- Support post-implementation stabilisation and continuous improvement

The successful candidate must be business level or fluent in Spanish and English and based in or around the Barcelona area.
