Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced
EMEA Construction Safety Manager
to join our Iron Mountain Data Centre (IMDC) team. In this role,



you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of an effective Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) strategy for construction projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) to mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and safeguard personnel, assets, and the brand. You will partner closely with contractors, site leadership, and regional project managers within the fast-paced Iron Mountain Data Centre division to build collaborative relationships and facilitate overall health and safety programs.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Safety Strategy & Compliance Management : Monitor and enforce compliance with relevant European safety regulations, Environmental Permits, and integral EHS standards across all regional construction sites.
