What will you do?
- Define and execute the Digital Workplace and End User Services strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of workplace technologies and employee-facing services.
- Lead global workplace operations, including Service Desk, On-site Support, Endpoint Management, Collaboration Tools, and Unified Communications.
- Drive the evolution from traditional IT services to a product-oriented and employee-centric model.
- Enhance the employee digital experience across diverse business environments.
- Lead modernization, automation, observability,
and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and monitor SLAs, XLAs, KPIs, and service performance frameworks.
- Manage workplace services budgets, vendors, risks, and governance processes.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary general teams.
What are we looking for?
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
✅ More than 10 years of experience in Digital Workplace, End User Services, or IT Service Delivery environments.
✅ At least 5 years in leadership positions managing global teams and services.
✅ Proven experience designing and implementing Digital Workplace strategies at enterprise scale.
✅ Strong knowledge of:
- IT Service Management (ITIL)
