Role Description
As an Outstanding Strategy Manager at True Ventures, you will help shape strategic direction for portfolio companies and internal initiatives in a full-time, remote role. You will analyze markets, business models, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and strategic risks. You will work closely with founders and investment team members to refine go-to-market plans, develop operating frameworks,



and support key decision-making across product, finance, and organizational design. Day-to-day responsibilities include building insightful presentations, synthesizing complex data into clear recommendations, facilitating strategic discussions, and collaborating across teams to drive execution. You will also contribute to internal knowledge building, support new investment theses, and help refine best practices that can be shared across the True Ventures portfolio.
