Who We're Looking For:

Senior Finance Business Partner
to partner with cost center managers to ensure the budget and forecasts are accurate, provide monthly fluctuation analysis, ensure alignment between the financial accounting system, own the FP&A; tool (Workday Adaptive), and update forecasts monthly based on strategic shifts and monthly changes to expected results.

Responsibilities:




- Manage long-term planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting processes
- Maintain and improve Workday Adaptive Planning (FKA Adaptive Insights) and models
- Act as a Finance Business Partner with management and cost center managers, by providing presentations of consolidated data with actionable insights and helping formulate strategies to drive improved financial results
- Perform in-depth reviews and evaluations of monthly actual and forecasted financials to support operational and strategic initiatives, monitoring performance versus plan and prior
- Laise with business, operations, and controllership where necessary to gather insights on performance
- Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and systems, enhancing overall efficiency and accuracy
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, including automation and coordination with upstream and downstream departments
- Approve payment requ
