Role Description

NMS Capital Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President, Information Technology to lead the organization's technology strategy, infrastructure, and information technology operations in a fully remote environment.

The Vice President, Information Technology will be responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, overseeing the development and operation of core IT systems, and supporting a secure, reliable, and scalable technology environment. This role will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate technology needs, establish priorities, and drive the successful execution of strategic IT initiatives.

Key responsibilities include overseeing IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity coordination, systems performance, and technology-related projects. The role will also involve managing technology resources, supporting organizational growth, establishing effective IT processes, and ensuring that technology operations are aligned with business requirements and operational priorities.





The successful candidate will provide regular updates to executive leadership regarding IT operations, infrastructure performance, cybersecurity posture, and strategic technology initiatives. This position requires a collaborative leader with strong judgment, communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities
