ABOUT THE JOB

Ticket Procurement Assistant
- Provide high level assistance to Australian Event Managers, additional ticket procurement in the form of speculative buying and high demand ticket releases, inventory listing & pricing, stock liquidation on event days and other adhoc tasks for the AU strategy and pricing team.
- Listing of new events on the TTM marketplace and other platforms.




- Assisting after hours on-call AU staff with buying to fulfill last minute orders.
- Assisting after hours on-call AU staff with resolving queries or problems.
- Assist with EU onsales and operational tasks in Europe.
- Working hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM CEST or 8:00 AM - 16:30 (including a 30-minute lunch break), covering the Australian afternoon shift.

THE CANDIDATE
- Able to work independently at a high level, while also seamlessly collaborating with the EU team to provide in-house support.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to think quickly and work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues using a trial-and-error approach.
- Capable of working accurately and precisely in time-sensitive situations.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong technical skills and confidence working with laptops and digital tools.
