This opportunity is adecuado for experienced professionals who can deliver an outstanding customer experience, manage inquiries autonomously, and represent a premium brand with the highest quality standards.

What we offer

Replacement contract

Full-time position (39 hours/week), Monday to Friday

Rotating schedule between 07:30 and 20:00

Salary: €18,978.68 gross/year
, with growth opportunities

Initial onsite training: 3 weeks from 09:00 to 18:00

Onsite position in Madrid (Puerta de Toledo area)

hybrid model after 6 months

Key responsibilities

• Manage high-value customer inquiries through different channels, ensuring an excellent and personalized experience

• Resolve incidents efficiently and autonomously while meeting project quality standards





• Act as a service knowledge reference, sharing best practices and sound judgment

• Correctly register and document interactions in internal systems

• Collaborate actively in continuous improvement initiatives and service optimization

• Represent the values of a premium brand, paying attention to every detail of the customer experience

What we are looking for

•
French C2 level (mandatory)

•
Advanced English level (minimum B2)

• Previous customer service experience, ideally in international or premium environments

• Strong customer orientation, problem-solving skills, and focus on quality

• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills

•
Based in Madrid or available to relocate
