Responsibilities
Key Accountabilitie
- Lead and manage the SAP FI/CO development team, including workload balancing, delivery planning, prioritization, employee development, coaching, and performance management
- Drive effective execution and accountability across the team while ensuring high-quality support and project delivery
- Partner with business stakeholders and IT business partners to deliver scalable and maintainable SAP FI/CO solutions aligned with business priorities
- Provide functional and technical leadership for overall SAP FI/CO function, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Bank connectivity, workflows, related interfaces, etc
- Support Werfen’s Clean Core strategy by promoting SAP standard functionality, upgrade-friendly enhancements, and reduction of unnecessary custom developments, this role with perform the overall governance of the team daily execution and direction
- Review existing custom solutions and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, modernization, or redesign




- Establish and enforce SAP development standards, documentation expectations, support processes, and technical governance practices within the team
- Actively join and contribute to the related design of any other enterprise application that has integration with SAP and has impact on the FI/CO function, ensure the proper design and system stability
- .Support project delivery, operational support activities, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination with integral IT teams
- .Contribute to organizational capability building through mentoring, knowledge sharing, process improvement, and team development initiatives
- .Provide backup leadership support across other SAP functional teams when required
