Role Description
The Affiliate Manager is a part-time,
globally remote role available for almost every location in the world with a few exceptions
, responsible for growing and managing BitMart’s affiliate and partner network. This position oversees the recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management of affiliates, ensuring they are equipped with the tools,



resources, and support needed to promote BitMart effectively. Day-to-day tasks include creating promotional campaigns and communicating with new users. The Affiliate Manager collaborates with marketing, product, and operations teams to develop promotional strategies, refine messaging, and coordinate campaigns aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in affiliate marketing, partnership management, and performance-based campaign optimization.
- Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and use of tracking tools or analytics platforms to drive decisions.
- Experience in digital marketing channels such as social media, email, and content marketing to support affiliate initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with external partners and internal teams.
- Prior experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or online trading platforms is highly
