At Manpower, we are recruiting Customer Service Specialists for a leading multinational company specialising in maintenance management for retail stores across Europe.

Please note that this is a
100% on-site position based in Vilassar de Mar, approximately 30 km from Barcelona
. Candidates must live nearby or be able to commute to the office every day.

Your responsibilities
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance requests through a ticketing platform.
- Support Danish or Norwegian customers via phone, email and chat.
- Coordinate technicians and external service providers to resolve incidents.
- Monitor maintenance requests and follow up until completion.
- Manage a portfolio of retail stores.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

What we’re looking for
- Native or C1 level of Danish or Norwegian.
- Good English or Spanish for internal communication.




- Experience in Customer Service, Administration, Coordination or Incident Management.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused and problem-solving mindset.

Previous experience in facilities management or maintenance is not required. We particularly value candidates with strong coordination skills and a customer service approach.

What we offer
- Permanent contract directly with the hiring company.
- €30,000 gross annual salary plus bonus.
- Expected start date: second week of August.
- Working hours from 08:00 to 17:00 or from 09:00 to 18:00.
- Rotating on-call duties.
