About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, well-organized and tech-savvy Back Office IT Administrator (m/f/d) to support our international team with administrative, operational and IT-related tasks.

As an international company with our headquarters in Germany and our office in Granada, you will work closely with colleagues across different countries on a daily basis. Excellent English communication skills are therefore essential, while German is a strong advantage.





You don't need to be an IT expert from day one. If you enjoy working with technology, have a structured mindset and are eager to learn, we'll provide you with a comprehensive onboarding and support you in building the required technical knowledge.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT and user support, including:
- Creating and managing user accounts in Microsoft 365, Jira and SharePoint.
- Setting up laptops and installing the Microsoft 365 Business Suite for new employees.
- Supporting user onboarding and offboarding.
- Troubleshooting basic IT and software-related issues.
- Support the administration of Microsoft 365, including:
- Managing collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint.
- Maintaining document libraries and user permissions.
- Assisting colleagues with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Preparing presentations and internal documentation using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft 365
