Description
We are seeking an experienced
Platform Product Manager
to lead the management and evolution of an AWS-based cloud platform. The role focuses on ensuring alignment with business objectives while driving platform scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define the platform roadmap, optimize service quality, and enhance platform capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Define, manage, and prioritize the platform roadmap.
- Identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Analyse customer pain points and recommend platform improvements.
- Prioritize platform features and capabilities based on business value.
- Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Security teams.
- Gather, document, and manage requirements through user stories.
- Define and validate acceptance criteria.
- Establish and track platform KPIs related to health, scalability,
and reliability.
- Monitor platform performance and recommend enhancements.
- Communicate plans, progress, risks, and platform changes to stakeholders.
- Analyse and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Evaluate technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Balance customer impact, technical feasibility, and cost when making decisions.
