We are seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager to join our R&D; team. This role will oversee the technical program management function, ensuring successful program execution, and process improvement to various organizations. It will support operational business rhythms, department processes, team project management, staffing, and budget planning.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive development of core hardware products and platforms for next-generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead to resolve highly visible datacenter level issues at our production sites and at our partners’ datacenter sites.
• Develop and execute end-to-end program plans, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of programs.
• Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
• Implement effective escalation protocols and schedule recovery efforts, including stakeholder communications, resource allocation, and mitigation strategy.
• Articulate technology, requirements, goals, and milestones of the team.
• Work with teams to set milestones, communicate program statuses, and identify/address potential setbacks.
• Ensure what we build has the right balance of cost versus benefit, focusing on addressing highest priority partner team and customer needs.Qualification
