ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assists in capacity and resource planning for the production lines, designs
manufacturing processes within schedule and budget to improve efficiency.
* Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space and tooling requirements, and
designs the layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
* Work with cross-functional teams to recommend manufacturing capabilities,
production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production
processes.
* Effectively utilize lean manufacturing tools for continuously improve the
flow of material and information in the factory, including
