What this role does

Owns the brand presence and influencer/UGC program in their market. Runs the brand's social channels end to end and builds a network of micro-influencers and UGC creators who produce authentic content about our products: content that works across every surface, including social media, landing pages, the Shopify storefront, paid ads, and B2B pharmacy/retail pitches.

Core responsibilities:

Social media: own the channels

1. Own the brand's Instagram and TikTok presence end to end: plan the content calendar, create and post content, keep the accounts consistent, active, and high-quality
2. Grow followers and engagement in their market. The account is a growth channel, not a brochure
3. Manage the community: reply to comments and DMs, engage with creators and customers, keep the brand voice consistent
4. Watch trends, formats, and competitors in the supplements/wellness space and adapt content accordingly

Creator & influencer program: build the network

1.



Research and identify micro-influencers and UGC creators who fit the brand; proactively reach out and recruit them
2. Onboard new creators (simple, low-friction process) and manage the ongoing relationship on a commission/affiliate basis
3. Coordinate product seeding: arrange product shipments from our warehouse to creators
4. Brief creators on content that aligns with brand positioning and campaign needs
5. Grow the creators themselves: nurture the best-performing partners into long-term affiliates and brand ambassadors
6. Secure usage rights so creator content can run in paid ads and on landing pages

Feed the rest of the business

1. Supply the media buying and web team with a continuous flow of UGC assets (video, images, testimonials)
2. Support B2B credibility: pharmacy buyers and retail partners check social presence before taking meetings
3. Track affiliate performance and creator output: who delivers, what converts, where to double
