We are looking for a
Senior AI Lead
with experience leading technology initiatives
in Madrid, combining hands-on development with technical leadership.

*Note: Candidates must already have a work permit in Spain, as sponsorship for a visa is not provided for this position.*

Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing guidance on AI developments, including emerging trends, tools, and implementation approaches
- Identify and propose prioritized AI use cases upon request, including feasibility assessments and high-level effort estimations
- Scope and design AI initiatives with clearly defined objectives and high-level implementation roadmaps
- Facilitate regular team coordination through daily stand-ups with internal and external contributors
- Ensure consistent and effective communication across distributed teams using appropriate collaboration channels
- Prepare and manage team capacity planning and effort estimations ahead of sprint cycles
- Maintain and continuously refine project plans to reflect progress, risks and changing priorities




- Oversee and prioritize the project backlog to ensure readiness for upcoming work cycles
- Organize and deliver regular progress reviews and demonstrations to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using Agile methodologies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners

Required Skills:
- 8–10+ years of professional experience (experience specifically in AI can be shorter, given the low maturity of the technology)
- Proven track record of leading successful AI projects

Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in Jira and Confluence and agile project management methodologies
- Project Management and/or Scrum certification
- Background in software engineering or systems architecture
