About The Role
TRM Labs is looking for a Senior Communications & Publicity Marketing Manager, Talent Brand to expand the visibility of TRM, its leaders, and its mission among the world’s best builders, engineers, AI researchers, and mission-driven operators.

This is a full-time contract role intended to provide immediate senior-level execution and ownership while TRM scales through a high-growth period.

This is not a traditional employer brand, demand generation, or content-production role. TRM is looking for a hands-on communications and publicity marketer who can actively create visibility through earned media, top-tier podcasts, influencer and brand partnerships, executive positioning, social amplification, events, and high-impact storytelling.

You will help turn TRM’s company momentum, founder perspectives, announcements, events, and mission into sustained external visibility. The right person knows how to identify the right channels and relationships, develop a compelling angle, pitch it effectively, and translate the resulting opportunities into measurable reach and engagement.





This role is adecuado for someone who combines strong communications judgment with resourceful execution. You should be comfortable building from scratch, working directly with senior stakeholders, developing external relationships, and moving quickly from idea to outreach to measurable results.
