Revenue Operations Associate (f/m/x)
to join our central operations team within RevOps.

As a key contributor to the central operations team, your mission is to support the effectiveness and scalability of the revenue organisation — spanning critical cross-functional interfaces with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Partnerships. You will collaborate closely with teams from Data & Systems, Performance & Compensation and Territories & Tools. You will grow within one of the most dynamic sales organisations in Europe,



so we are looking for curious problem-solvers who love diving into the details to drive real impact.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
- Be responsible for the strategy, construction and ongoing refinement of sales (new and existing business teams) territories for the entire revenue organization.
- Drive not only developing, but also operationalizing roll-out of the territories across the sales organization.
- Be the subject matter expert for our leadership team on all updates related to territory and market penetration across Personio's key markets.
- Lead cross-functional change management efforts to ensure successful launch and stabilization of any new territory constructs.
- Develop quantitative measures and qualitative channels to track success of our territory management approach.
- Work closely with our Data organization to optimize CRM data quality, accounts appropriately scored
