Senior International Talent Partner
based in
Spain
to lead recruitment projects across
EMEA and Latin America
while helping us expand our international client community.
This is a full-time, contractor and fully remote role.

What You'll Do

Connect Exceptional Talent with Exceptional Companies
- Lead international recruitment and executive search projects from brief to successful hire.
- Partner with clients as a trusted advisor, understanding both their business and long-term talent strategy.
- Identify, engage, assess, and present outstanding professionals across a wide range of industries and functions.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates throughout their careers, not just during a hiring process.
- Deliver an exceptional experience that reflects the quality and values of the Uplift brand.
