What you will do
- Design and implement compensation schemes for board members and senior executives (short- and long-term incentive plans).
- Analyze regulatory requirements and corporate governance recommendations related to executive compensation.
- Prepare compensation benchmarking analyses.
- Assess market best practices in executive compensation.
- Provide advice on compensation matters for regulated entities (financial institutions, insurers, etc.).
- Advise CEOs, board members, senior executives, and other high-impact stakeholders throughout our projects.
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Organizational/Business Psychology, or other related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience performing the responsibilities described.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to client needs.
- Commercial acumen for client development and strong negotiation skills.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Proactive mindset and a high sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver within agreed deadlines.
