What you will do

Lead the architecture and design of new and existing systems within GOSS Tech, including design patterns, reliability, scalability, and performance optimization.
Drive full software development lifecycle execution — from coding standards and code reviews to source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Serve as a technical leader and mentor to engineering team members,



raising the bar on technical excellence and engineering culture across GOSS Tech.
Own the reliability and operational health of globally deployed, highly concurrent, high-throughput systems.
Partner with product management, program management, and senior leadership across GOSS Tech and Global Operations to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Identify opportunities to reduce cycle time, improve capital efficiency, and accelerate capability development through technology.
Requirements

Experience in professional, non-internship software development.
Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design.
Experience designing or architecting of new and existing systems, or experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.
