What you will do

Lead and develop a sales team of 15–20 Account Executives and Team Leads, fostering accountability and collaboration.
Drive regional sales strategy and revenue growth, managing complex deal cycles from discovery to close.
Build and scale multi-product sales playbooks and methodologies.
Manage pipeline and forecasting using Salesforce to ensure predictable revenue.
Coach teams through complex sales execution and multi-stakeholder negotiations.




Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain .
Strong experience in B2B SaaS sales and sales leadership.
Experience in Spend Management, Fintech, or Payments selling to senior finance stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage complex buying cycles and multi-product sales environments.
Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus.
Analytical mindset with experience in Salesforce and sales analytics.
