Responsibilities

Be a technical expert for Criteo products, understanding their advantages in the competitive landscape.
Take technical ownership of a dedicated book of business, delivering tailored services to clients.
Translate client expectations and requirements into tangible technical solutions.
Troubleshoot live campaigns to resolve issues and improve performance and client satisfaction.
Participate in integral team efforts to improve tools and solutions by reporting bugs and escalating feature requests.
Act as a key enabler for both technical and commercial teams,



providing necessary knowledge and support.
Qualifications

Fluent in English and German .
Must be based in Barcelona and eligible to work full-time in Spain without restriction .
Computer science-related studies.
Work experience with web technologies (HTTP requests, cookies, HTML, and JavaScript).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of interlocutors, including client-facing experiences.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative, inclusive, and vibrant workspace.
Nice to have

Experience in online advertising, marketing, or consulting.
