Senior Treasury Manager: Ensuring group-wide payment operations and optimizing financial systems with an accent on cash pooling, liquidity planning, and working capital management. Focus on developing digital payment processes, preparing financial reports, and supporting strategic treasury topics.
Location:

Hybrid in Berlin or Munich, Germany , requiring three days of on-site work per week. Possibility to work from abroad for 10 days per year.

Relocation support to Germany is provided .

What you will do

Ensure group-wide payment operations and manage payment approvals and policies.
Develop a digital payment process and optimize the cash pooling system.
Perform operational liquidity planning in coordination with accounting teams.
Prepare regular liquidity, cash flow, and management reports for the Supervisory Board.
Manage and optimize working capital.




Support the integration of new entities and participate in investment decisions and related analyses.
Provide systemic and hands-on support for the finance department in working with treasury management software.
Act as the first point of contact for corporate banks in Spain and support additional treasury-related topics.
Requirements

Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification with a focus on finance.
At least 4 years of professional experience in treasury , including

at least 2 years in treasury or in a bank in Spain .
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Very good Spanish, German, and English skills, both written and spoken (mandatory) .
Strong team and communication skills, high willingness to learn, flexibility, and self-organization.
