What you will do

Own and drive frontend development processes and standards.
Design and implement scalable, maintainable frontend architecture using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams.
Lead feature development from concept to production.
Ensure performance optimization and responsiveness of the application.
Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in Front-End development .




Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.js.
Proven experience owning and improving development processes.
Experience working in a startup environment.
Strong architectural thinking and ability to work independently.
Strong written and spoken English .
Nice to have

Experience working on large-scale / enterprise-level projects.
Experience designing complex CRM or SaaS systems.
Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.).
Experience with performance optimization and scalable UI systems.
Understanding of UX principles and product thinking.
