What you will do

Lead end-to-end execution of new initiatives following handover from Global Initiative Leaders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D;, Packaging, Quality, and external Third Party Manufacturers.
Ensure project delivery meets quality, cost, quantity, and On-Time-In-Full performance targets.
Identify and manage project risks, communicating issues to leadership when necessary.
Track project KPIs,



conduct root-cause investigations, and lead post-mortem analysis.
Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency across the supply chain.
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain project management.
Must be able to work from the Barcelona Hub.
Proven track record working with Third Party Manufacturers.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across organizational levels.
Proficiency in English is required for this role.
Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Nice to have

Experience with SAP.
Proficiency with Microsoft software tools.
