? Mission
As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you will work at the intersection of our customers, Delivery team, and Core Platform engineering team.
Your mission is to ensure the technical success of our customer deployments: understanding technical requirements, building production integrations, configuring and improving AI agents, and translating recurring customer needs into platform improvements.
The Delivery team will lead the overall customer engagement, while you will own the technical execution. You will write production Python code, work directly with customer technical teams,



and contribute to the platform that powers all our AI voice agents.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who combines strong technical ability with clear communication, structured thinking, and genuine interest in working with people. You will report directly to the Technical Co-Founder.

? What You Will Do
Technical Delivery: Implement the technical components of customer deployments, from initial technical definition through production launch and stabilization.
Customer Collaboration: Work directly with technical stakeholders on the customer side to understand their systems, clarify requirements, explain technical trade-offs, and coordinate integrations.
Production Engineering: Write clean, maintainable Python code for customer implementations and reusable platform capabilities.
API & Integration Development: Build and maintain integrations using APIs, webhooks, databases, and external business systems.
