What you will do

Lead a part of the internal production team, overseeing multiple pods for feature and core tech streams.
Adapt production processes and agile methodologies, focusing on scrum implementation.
Balance resources, drive team efficiency, and maintain high productivity across pods.
Ensure effective communication of project status, progress, risks, and issues to management.
Manage project schedules, task backlogs, and risk lists, aligning deliverables with goals.




Work closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into production timelines and delivery plans.
Requirements

Minimum of 7+ years in game production, including 2+ years in a people management role.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and successfully releasing games for mobile and PC.
Experience in original game development and live operations.
Strong project management skills and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of the mobile gaming market and the game development life cycle.
