Introduction
We’re looking for a freelance photographer based in Barcelona to help us shoot original images for the new IVL Creatives website. We recently launched our new website, but realised something important: we barely have any original photos of ourselves (because we are always behind the camera). So we’re looking for someone to organise a small shoot with our team to capture headshots, team photos, office moments, and action shots of our creatives working across the different services we offer.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a creative with 2+ years of experience who is highly skilled in photography, lighting, and editing. You’re comfortable working with cameras, Lightroom, and posing people during shoots (because trust us, we are no models, haha). You’re a Gen Z/Millennial, fun to work with, social, and easygoing. Most importantly, you know how to capture photos that don’t feel corporate or staged, because that’s not our brand. We are bold, creative, and human.

Your responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for planning, shooting, editing,



and delivering content for the IVL Creatives website.

Planning

You’ll give feedback on our mood boards, references, and shot lists to make sure the content direction works in real life and on camera.

Set‑up

You’ll help prepare the location, equipment, and creative direction to make the shoot run smoothly.

Shoot

You’ll capture creative team photos, headshots, office moments, and action shots that grab attention for our brand.

Selection

Together, we’ll select the strongest photos and footage that best fit the IVL Creatives website and brand.

Editing

You’ll edit the final photos with cropping and an on‑brand Lightroom preset so it’s ready to be used across our website and social media.

Team Collaboration

You’ll communicate directly with our team throughout the shoot to keep everything organised and easygoing.

Videographer Collaboration

You’ll work together with our videographer, who will capture a lot
