We’re looking for a Demand Generation manager to oversee the enterprise pipeline generation strategy and execution for Revolut Business globally. You’ll define the vision, scope, and structure of the function, focusing on delivering a measurable, qualified pipeline and accelerating revenue growth for enterprise companies through ABM campaigns, field events, and regional activations.

What You’ll Be Doing





Developing and owning the integral account‑based marketing strategy, setting clear goals for pipeline creation, acquisition, and customer expansion

Leading ABM and partner‑led programmes, LinkedIn campaigns, and targeted, owned industry events

Designing, launching, and optimising integrated, multi‑channel campaigns to increase MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline velocity, ensuring alignment with the Sales team

Implementing a data‑driven strategy for digital, paid media, ABM, email, webinars, and events to improve conversion rates and campaign ROI, without a traditional marketing automation platform

Partnering with Sales leadership to ensure alignment on ICP, lead scoring, and SLA processes

Enhancing outbound strategy, including messaging, content, and follow‑up flows

Collaborating with Marketing and Operations leaders to build a roadmap for a new marketing automation platform, and continuously optimising MQL/SQL scoring
