The Service Engineering & Automation team is responsible for the implementation,
management and maintenance of hybrid and private cloud solutions for its
enterprise customer base. The team is consisting of highly experienced
professionals with years of experience in operating and maintaining all building
blocks of sophisticated cloud designs. Virtualization, Storage, Backup and OS
management mixed with DevOps mentality and practices are what sets this team

The senior engineer in Service Engineering & Automation team is a subject matter
expert for all cloud services and has in-depth understanding of all components
that form a cloud solution and is proficient in everything it takes for a
customer to see the desired outcome on his system. That includes the whole
lifecycle - from installation and initial configuration based on pre-approved
design to capacity allocation and configuration of systems.

Job Scope/Supervision:





Technical point of contact for Service Delivery, Sales Engineering, Project
Management and In-Country Datacentre teams for issues related to Hosting service
design, implementation, test and delivery of customer solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Lead the end-to-end deployment and management of public cloud infrastructure
across AWS and Azure.
* Establish and enforce enterprise-grade standards for public cloud
infrastructure automation.
* Lead large-scale, zero-downtime maintenance initiatives.
* Identify recurring operational bottlenecks, automate remediation and build
self-healing infrastructure mechanisms.
* Ability to lead Public Cloud account takover and standardization according to
well-architected frameworks and internal best practices.
* Tune monitoring requirements to reduce alert fatigue, ensuring the operations
team only acts on actionable, high-signal data.
