Overview

AI Product Manager (Conversational Intelligence): Defining product vision and roadmap for voice and chat agents with an accent on conversational UX and technical orchestration. Focus on architecting complex interaction flows, optimizing AI agent performance via KPIs, and integrating LLM-driven responses with core business systems.
Location

Must be based in or relocate to Valencia, Spain
Responsibilities

Define the product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven customer interactions across voice and digital channels.
Architect complex conversational flows to ensure seamless, human-grade user experiences.
Collaborate with engineering teams to define logic triggers and automation requirements.
Establish and monitor KPIs for agent success, including resolution rate, latency, and sentiment analysis.




Lead continuous prompt-tuning efforts to improve agent response quality.
Qualifications

Deep understanding of conversational UX and user psychology for voice and text interfaces.
Ability to visualize complex data flows and CRM integrations.
Technical fluency in APIs, Webhooks, and LLM configuration.
Must be able to work from the office in Valencia, Spain.
Nice to have

Experience with Retell AI and n8n for rapid prototyping.
