Due to increased business activity, we are seeking an Engineering Delivery Management Role. As part of, you will be responsible for:

Deploy adequate Practices and Tools tailored (for SEM and WPM) to reach the required maturity according to Project/Product delivery challenges
- Work with the discipline delivery team to make them efficient, identify gaps and associated actions to support delivery continuous improvement
- Capitalize and share knowledge and assets dedicated to delivery discipline
- Manage, develop people/skills & allocation to products/projects
- Take in charge Delivery Lead Staffing (SEM, WPM, Tribe Leader, Chief Product Owner) on project/product with respect to PPM/PMs’ requests
