Location: This position can be based in

Madrid, Barcelona or Valencia, Spain , with

in office-attendance expected in the Valencia office approximately 3 days per month . Extended remote work is an option for up to 120 days within the EU, UK, and Switzerland.

What you will do

Ensure the productivity and resilience of infrastructure, including monitoring and observability of services.
Work on standardizing processes and building automation for data pipeline onboarding, deployment, and failure recovery.




Work closely with the SRE team to ensure developer productivity and CI/CD adoption.
Craft and operate services, infrastructure, and tools for batch and streaming pipelines running on Kubernetes and GCP.
Work hands-on as part of a closely knit team.
Solution architect and deliver company-wide technical topics aligning with a multi-year roadmap.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in backend development .
Experience in development, administration, operation, and troubleshooting of sophisticated, large-scale systems running on Kubernetes.
Strong experience with Go and a practitioner of system design, architecture, and development best practices.
Ability to break down challenges into modular, scalable solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business.
Strong analytical mindset and curiosity to experiment and test changes.
English: B2 required .
