JOB SUMMARY:

Supermicro is looking for Sr. Solution Architect to grow and expand the business
opportunities of in-house storage solutions from a technical perspective. Your
goal is to engage, develop, and expand our customer portfolio in the storage
system solutions. In this role, you will be representing Supermicro in major
trade shows and conferences to network and meet with clients, and further
developing the opportunity pipelines. You will also participate in products and
solutions design,



ensure new products incorporated the expectations and
requirements from customers to increase business opportunity.

This role will be based on our headquarters located in the San Jose, CA.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may
also be assigned):
• Lead sales, FAE, and product team to design and engineer Storage solution
proposals to influence and win enterprise customer
• Lead engineering, service and technical support organizations to resolve all
customer issues ensuring operational excellence in post-sales system and
technology deployments
• Design and define next-generation storage server system architecture and work
with product managers to manage product development cycles and customer delivery
• Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure product roadmap is
competitive in the market
