What you will do:

Support transformation and digitalization projects within CX operations
Conduct process analysis and interviews to identify improvement opportunities
Assist in designing and documenting workflows and best practices
Gather, organize, and create clear, structured documentation
Contribute to content creation and knowledge management initiatives
Support the implementation and testing of digital tools and platforms
Track project progress, report findings, and propose data-driven solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience

What you bring & who you are:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a STEM Degree (specialization in Digital Transformation is a plus)




Basic programming knowledge (Python and SQL preferred)
Experience in project management, data analysis, or process improvement
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CRM, automation tools, or digital platforms
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Self-directed, proactive, and motivated to learn
Clear communicator with flexibility to adapt to dynamic project priorities
Fluent in Spanish (mandatory); advanced English skills preferred
