We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel to join our Legal team in Madrid, Spain.
By joining this role,
you'll play a vital role in supporting the Development and EPC business across Spain and Western Europe, providing practical legal guidance, managing contractual matters, and supporting project transactions throughout the project lifecycle.
Your role will encompass
Support the Senior Legal Counsel Iberia on a broad range of legal matters relating to Development and EPC activities across Spain and other Western European jurisdictions.
Provide high-quality, responsive legal advice to internal stakeholders and support the full lifecycle of EPC, O&M;, supply, subcontracting and project development agreements.
Draft, review, negotiate and finalize commercial, corporate and project-related documentation, including acquisitions, resolutions, powers of attorney and operational agreements.
Assist project teams throughout transaction closings, due diligence exercises, milestone tracking and project development processes, ensuring
