What will you do?
Support the structure and execution non-recourse and limited recourse financing for PV and BESS projects across multiple geographies.
Create and analyze financial models for large-scale projects, including cash flow projections and returns analysis.
Support transaction negotiations, including term sheets, financing agreements, and commercial documentation.
Prepare project budgets, financial forecasts, and reports, working closely with senior team members.
Evaluate potential investments, conducting due diligence, and understanding decision-making in project finance.
Prepare presentations and documentation for lenders, investors, and other stakeholders.
Monitor project expenses, perform variance analysis, and manage ongoing financial performance.
What do we need?
Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Finance / Structured Finance within the renewable energy sector.
Strong expertise in financial modelling, risk assessment, and transaction execution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus.
Advanced level of English and Spanish.
