We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Learning Experience Manager (Trainer)



to join our team in Madrid and support employee development across Region Iberia (Spain & Portugal).

The idóneo candidate will play a key role in improving employee skills, knowledge, and performance through the implementation of effective learning experiences. The Learning Experience Manager will collaborate with various departments to identify learning needs, co-create engaging content with the Learning Experiences team, and facilitate learning initiatives that align with both regional and organizational goals.
