The opportunity

We are looking for a People Operations Specialist who makes sure all the administrative and operational sides of HR run smoothly in our different locations: managing the employee lifecycle (hires, contracts, terminations), payroll, benefits, and data systems (HRIS), ensuring compliance with labour law in each country in coordination with the HRBPs.

Responsibilities

Employee lifecycle administration

Manage hires, contracts, amendments, and terminations.

Coordinate documentation with local advisors.

Run operational onboarding and offboarding.

Systems & data (HRIS)

Administer Factorial as the single source of truth.





Ensure data integrity and consistency.

Produce People reporting and metrics.

Payroll

Review and consolidate the month's variances.

Coordinate submission to the advisory firm and payment with Finance.

Upload and file payslips in the system.

Benefits

Administer benefits enrolment and management.

Resolve operational queries together with the HRBP.

Processes, policies, and compliance

Define and maintain common processes and policies.

Safeguard compliance documentation by country.

What we are looking for:

Degree in HR, Labour Relations, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years in People Operations, HR administration, or a similar role, ideally in a high-growth or multi-site environment.

Solid knowledge of labour law and HR administrative processes; multi-country experience is a plus.
