About The Role
As a Leasing Coordinator, you will support the Leasing Team by coordinating the administrative and operational aspects of the leasing process while helping deliver an outstanding experience for prospective and current residents.



You will work closely with Leasing Agents and cross-functional teams to ensure lease documentation, EJAR contracts, payments, and move-in processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to build a career in real estate.

Responsibilities

Support the leasing team by preparing lease documentation, quotations, reservations, and maintaining accurate records across internal systems.
Coordinate the leasing process from reservation through move-in, ensuring all required documentation is collected and completed on time.
Prepare and process EJAR contracts, ensuring all required documents are received and lease details are accurate before submission.
Maintain accurate prospect, resident, and lease information within CRM systems and internal trackers.
