✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
4–6 years of experience as a Product Owner.
Strong proficiency with MySQL and SQL Server for data management.
Experience with Scrum methodology and tools like Jira.
Solid knowledge of product design principles and version control tools such as Git.
Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and project management.
Proven experience with end-to-end product lifecycle in banking or insurance sectors.
Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) and good level of English.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Define and manage product requirements and backlog using Scrum practices.
Engage with stakeholders to gather needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Oversee the product lifecycle, from design to delivery, ensuring quality and compliance.

Participate in project planning and sprint reviews.
Implement best practices in product design and data management.
Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in product development.
